JobDescription : Senior VP BusinessDevelopment (External Wholesaler)
We have an opportunityfor an ambitious business development leader to drive results for afamily of funds specializing in alternative investments.
Yourprimary responsibility would be selling into the alreadyestablished National Accounts of the firm with the focus on WesternCanada (Alberta & BC).
We offer a competitive base salaryalong with an attractive commission / bonusplan.
BaseSalary Range : $140000 $200000uncapped commission
Role : Conduct sales meetings with IIROC advisors while explaining theadvantages of partnering with the firm & the benefits ofalternative investments.
To achieve this youwill :
Leverageyour established advisor relationships while continuing to networkfor newrelationships.
Assistin developing and implementing strategies designed to providesupport toadvisors.
Assistwith marketing strategies for the firm to growAUM
IdealCandidate Profile :
10years of External Wholesale experience with a strong track recordof success in sales & a large established network ofAdvisors to sellinto
Experiencein selling alternativeinvestments
Universitydegree or equivalent industry education (industry designations arean added bonus)
Strongcommunication skills (both written &verbal)
Abilityto work well independently & also in ateam
Highenergy selfstarter &selfmotivated
