We're looking for a strategic Product Marketing Specialist to help us grow our global client base and product software. The successful candidate will have a knack for translating complex product features into compelling marketing messages and experience in executing product marketing and lead generation campaigns.

Join us to help us grow our global brand presence and market share.Our main office is located in Fredericton, New Brunswick, however we welcome applicants for this position who are interested in fully remote, hybrid, or in-office working arrangements.

ResponsibilitiesCraft product and content marketing campaign strategies that align with business objectives and meet customer acquisition and retention targets.

Define target audiences to uncover growth opportunities for our suite of software products and services in global markets.

Collaborate with the product development team to understand product benefits, develop personas and product messaging that resonates with our target audience.

Plan and execute multi-channel lead generation campaigns that captivate and convert, ensuring our message resonates with the intended audiences.

Collaborate with a cross-functional team including sales, subject matter experts, product developers, freelance writers, and designers to create impactful content including such as datasheets, ebooks and presentations, to support product launches and sales efforts.

Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitor offerings.Monitor, measure, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, evaluating them against key engagement and conversion metrics to gauge ROI and effectiveness.

QualificationsAt least 5 years of B2B software and account-based marketing experience, with a track record of growing technology-focused solution brands.

Proven project and team management skills, with experience leading successful product launches and lead generation campaigns from inception to execution.

A team player with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas succinctly and persuasively.

Experience in market research and analysis.Expert knowledge of multi-channel marketing techniques, such as search marketing, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.

Proficiency in HubSpot, Salesforce, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and WordPress to support diverse marketing initiatives.AssetsA degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
