CHANGE AND TRANSFORMATION LEADJob Summary : ERIE IT Transformation lead has the overall responsibility for a) smooth and efficient transition of Applications and IT infrastructure services;

b) assessment, design and delivery of transformation projects yielding in desired, quantifiable outcome.Key Responsibilities : Develop suitable business transformation strategiesGuide leaders throughout transformational changesLead change management projects and set out desired change outcomes for the organizationLead engagement with stakeholders on overcoming barriers to changeAssess the organization of teams to remove internal change barriersWork with IT service providers and come up with joint propositions of transformation programs, assess their feasibility and manage the execution of projects that are validatedTrack the outcome of transformation projects against their outcomes / objectivesSet out process change and change management across the organizationReview and suggest changes if necessary to the operating models, methods, processes and toolsOversee organizational development processes for employee engagement and team developmentSupport hiring decisions for the organizationDevelop staff through capability development and coachingDevelop on-the-job training programsConformance to agreed quality management systemInstill the practice of innovation & CI (Continuous Improvements) in the structureContinuous focus on productivity gains, efficiency and cost savingsComply with all applicable legal, regulatory and internal Compliance requirementsPOSITION LOCATIONCountry : CanadaCity : MontrealCANDIDATE CRITERIAMinimal education level : Bachelor and / or Master’s Degree or equivalent in Computer Science Technology and managementMinimum relevant experience : 15 yearsRequired Skills : Extensive experience in IT service delivery in a global, multi-culture environmentExcellent communication, analytical and organizational skillsAbility to develop creative solutions to overcome organizational challengesAbility to challenge the status quoKnowledge of banking domain and more specifically, investment bankingKnowledge of Applications and IT infra for an IT delivery centerKnowledge of IT securityExperience of working with investment banking productsEffective presentation skills in front of management.

Principales responsabilités : Élaborer des stratégies appropriées de transformation de l'entrepriseGuider les dirigeants tout au long des changements transformationnelsDiriger des projets de gestion du changement et définir les résultats souhaités en matière de changement pour l'organisationDiriger l'engagement avec les parties prenantes pour surmonter les obstacles au changementÉvaluer l'organisation des équipes afin d'éliminer les obstacles internes au changement.

Travailler avec les fournisseurs de services informatiques et élaborer des propositions conjointes de programmes de transformation, évaluer leur faisabilité et gérer l'exécution des projets qui ont été validés.

suivre les résultats des projets de transformation par rapport à leurs résultats / objectifsmettre en place un changement de processus et une gestion du changement dans l'ensemble de l'organisationExaminer les modèles, méthodes, processus et outils opérationnels et proposer des modifications si nécessaire.

Superviser les processus de développement organisationnel pour l'engagement des employés et le développement des équipesSoutenir les décisions de recrutement pour l'organisationDévelopper le personnel par le biais du développement des capacités et du coachingÉlaborer des programmes de formation en cours d'emploiRespecter le système de gestion de la qualité convenuInsuffler la pratique de l'innovation et de l'amélioration continue dans la structureSe concentrer en permanence sur les gains de productivité, l'efficacité et les économies de coûtsRespecter toutes les exigences légales, réglementaires et internes en matière de conformité.
