The Specialist, Website Content is responsible for creating, optimizing, publishing, and maintaining high-quality content across Bath Fitter’s brand and franchise websites. This role combines content execution, SEO best practices, analytics insights, and cross‑functional collaboration to continuously improve user experience, site performance, and lead generation.

What is the ideal profile for this position?
2‑3 years of experience in web content, SEO, or digital marketing (multi‑site or franchise experience is a plus)Strong knowledge of SEO best practices (metadata, headings, internal linking, content structure)Hands‑on experience with CMS platformsAbility to analyze web performance and translate data into actionable insightsExcellent attention to detail, quality control, and organizational skillsStrong communication and collaboration skills with cross‑functional and non‑technical stakeholdersExcellent bilingual communication skills, both verbal and written; proficiency in French is essential.As a Specialist, Web Content, what will your responsibilities be?
Create, publish, update, and maintain content across brand and franchise websitesApply SEO best practices to improve content visibility, structure, and performancePartner with analytics and CRO teams to support testing initiatives and optimize conversionsMonitor site health (content freshness, broken links, redirects, publishing errors) and proactively resolve issuesEnsure content accuracy, consistency, accessibility, and brand alignmentCollaborate with design, marketing, and franchise stakeholders on content initiativesSupport reporting and performance tracking using tools such as Google Analytics and Search ConsoleContribute to special digital projects such as campaign pages, microsites, and content expansionsWe believe life is too short to not be passionate about what we do every day.
