The Women’s Reproductive Health and Newborn Care Program at WLMH is a Level 1B birthing center. The program consists of a Labour and Delivery Unit, Triage, 9 postpartum beds and outpatient services to provide care for women and newborns. The interdisciplinary team consists of Obstetricians & Gynecologists, Family Medicine, Midwives and Nursing. The program cares for women and newborns throughout the continuum in a family-centered environment.
Position Summary
The Hospitalist Midwife will deliver full scope midwifery care as part of a multi-disciplinary team on the Maternal Newborn unit at WLMH while working collaboratively with attending physicians and nursing colleagues.
