Your role

Base Camp Connect is growing and looking for an Assembler and Production Support for the operations team. You will work closely with the development logistics and operations team to ensure the quality and efficiency of our manufacturing processes.

Main responsibilities :

• Assemble and configure products intended for our customers;
• Help the logistics team to pack and / or receive our products;
• Evaluate and repair our customer returns;
• Participate in the writing and modification of assembly and testing procedures;
• Contribute to the optimization and improvement of our ways of manufacturing and proceeding;
• Help the development team when necessary;
• Assist in the continuous improvement of our processes, methods and products;

Required profile :

• Be passionate about new technologies;
• Be autonomous and have the desire to learn and develop new knowledge;
• Be a manual person;
• Be a team player;
• Be comfortable in the Microsoft environment;

Skills sought :

• 3 to 5 years of experience in assembling technological products;
• Know how to use the Office 365 suite;
• Have already worked in a manufacturing and high-tech environment;
• French language spoken and written ;
• Functional spoken and written English language ;
• Knowledge of PBX systems is an asset;
• Mastery in LAN / WAN, TCP / IP, QOS, DNS, NAT, Routing is an asset;
• Having a Lean 6 Sigma certification is an asset;
