On behalf of our client in the Professional Services Sector, PROCOM is looking for an SEO Marketing Specialist.
SEO Marketing Specialist Job Description
Execute SEO strategies and projects to acquire customers while successfully achieving ROI goals within the Canadian market
Drive and support the execution of strategic initiatives in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders including design, development and marketing teams as well as agencies and vendors to ensure alignment
Perform UX driven and intent specific keyword research in alignment with business objectives and goals
Assist in conducting a variety of independent audits and assessments to review and analyze strategic areas in need of improvement, including content marketing, technical SEO, Core Web Vitals, on-page SEO, and digital PR
Recommend optimizations of website content (products, calculators, blogs, help topics, etc.) and make data-driven recommendations for net new opportunities
Review technical SEO issues and recommend fixes
Write SEO-related copy, such as titles and descriptions, or data such as schema markup
Manage day-to-day short-term SEO tasks as well as long-term projects
Support other SEO initiatives where needed
SEO Marketing Specialist Mandatory Skills
1-2 year of direct experience with all aspects of SEO (on-page, technical, outreach, etc) with proven and measurable success with mid-market or enterprise websites
Strong UX mentality and strategize as well as execute with always having the user in mind.
Adept at working in a highly-collaborative, lean, agile environment
Equal parts competitive and curious; you're a true problem solver
Super adaptable, you gracefully navigate any situation you dive into
Ability to organize, prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
You're a natural when it comes to building relationships and working with other teams
Working knowledge of HTML and CMS systems such as Wordpress
SEO Marketing Specialist - Nice to Have Skills
Experience with reporting tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics is a strong asset
Experience with keyword analysis tools such as SemRush and Ahrefs is an asset
Fluency in French is a big plus
