WestRock is one of the largest and most respected packaging companies in the world. Our Mississauga facility manufactures the printing plates that are used by other WestRock facilities to do the printing on cardboard boxes.

Career Opportunity

We are hiring a Production Worker to create and assemble printing plates.

Working as a team, you will ensure production targets are met and that you and your co-workers are working safely. The ideal candidate will be self-driven and have a strong work ethic.

To be considered for the position, you must be able to work steady night shift 9pm to 5am; have a strong work ethic, be physically fit as the job requires standing, walking, lifting and reaching.

Job Qualifications

• Read and understand docket instructions, manufacturing specs and printing specifications.
• Basic computer skills to record entries into software program.
• Willingness to cross-train within the production department
• Follow all safety and quality control processes
• Ability to interact effectively with other staff and customers.
• Fully understand the safety procedures of the department / plant and participate where possible
• Maintain a clean and safe working area
