Responsibilities
Responsibilities for this Counter Clerk role are :
- Understand and provide service to customers by telephone, face-to-face or e-mail
- Take and follow up orders in the system
- Follow-up with suppliers if part was not in inventory
- Provide superior customer service by answering questions about warranties, part quality and usage
- Enter orders into SAP system
Qualifications
Qualifications for this role are :
- Bilingualism English / French, many suppliers are outside the province
- Quality customer service
- Experience as a counter or floor clerk
- Ability to learn and work independently
- Multi-tasking
- Ability to work on-site at the Laval office
