Overview

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Lawyer to take a lead role on sophisticated litigation matters. This position offers the opportunity to manage files independently, advocate in contested proceedings, and build strong client relationships while contributing to the growth of the practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Prepare and oversee court documents, including pleadings, motions, and supporting materials.
• Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and other dispute resolution forums.
• Advocate on contested matters before the court.
• Develop effective litigation strategies in collaboration with internal teams.
• Maintain trusted client relationships and provide practical, business-oriented legal advice.
• Contribute to practice development initiatives, including client growth and relationship building.
