Assistant Store Leader (Assistant Manager)

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching, alongside the Store Leader, for all store employees.
- Maintain high retention by identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging employee productivity.
- Assist in implementing all merchandising and marketing programs.
- Competency in cash handling, fuel transactions, and promoting our loyalty program.
- Maintain a clean, safe environment by complying with all health and sanitation procedures.
Desired Qualifications
High School diploma or GED preferred (not required for candidates with at least one year of Retail Management experience).Valid Driver’s License from the state of residence.Ability to multi‑task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient computer knowledge (Microsoft Word, Excel).Benefits
