Reporting to the C-Store Team Leader, responsibilities for this position include the following :
- Demonstrate the behaviors and actions to support Lake Country Co-operative’s vision, mission, values, and safety principles to make a difference in members lives, with a strong customer focused approach
- Provide Legendary Service through all touch points at various communication channels
- Provide pump island and in-store service; serve guests, dispense fuel and propane, operate the point-of-sale system, stock shelves, face shelves, and perform general housekeeping duties
- Ensure safety is held as the highest priority
- Maintain a neat, clean, and orderly location at all times
- Have a good working understanding of the point-of-sale system, pumps, and propane
- Receive, price and display merchandise as required as specified by the team leader
- Complete the necessary daily reconciliations and reports
- Follow company policies and procedures and perform other duties as assigned

Who you are :
You are looking for a career in Customer Service :
- You have customer service experience especially in the Co-operative Retailing System (CRS)
- You can work unsupervised, plan, and organize your own work
- You’re honest and trustworthy, are results-orientated, and strive to be the best in what you do
- You’re attentive to detail and have strong cash management skills
- You have an ability to fulfill physical job requirements standing, working inside and outside, lifting 20 to 25 pounds regularly
- You have Point-Of-Sale experience and can work in a fast paced, guest facing environment
- You have a flexible work schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- You must be willing to obtain WHMIS certification
