Job Description
Join our Prince Albert #BrewCrew - the place where Top Talent wants to be! We’re looking for Casual Bartenders who are passionate about creating memorable experiences for our guests.
Your Purpose : Our Bartenders are master mixologists, skillfully crafting an extensive selection of delicious cocktails. You excel in multitasking, prioritizing accuracy and quality when crafting drinks, all while providing memorable and engaging guest experiences.
What will you do?
- Prepare a variety of beverages to specifications, serve and present in a visually appealing manner
- Make recommendations and provide pairing and upselling suggestions
- Become an expert in all menu items including regular items, specials, allergens, and dietary restrictions
- Monitor behavior of guests to recognize signs of intoxication and handle situations accordingly
- Maintain a secure cash handling process ensuring all transactions are processed accurately
- Keep the bar area clean and organized, including proper cleaning of glassware and bar equipment
