Senior IT Technician

Responsibilities

As an IT technician, you will be responsible for supporting and maintaining our IT infrastructure, including :

  • Perform daily IT support for employees
  • Participate in technological innovation projects
  • Ensure quality service for all IT operations
  • Report anomalies or breakdowns in the operation of equipment
  • Provide the solutions required for optimal use
  • Document technical information and procedures
  • Be able to work independently, but also as part of a team within the IT team
  • Qualifications

    You meet the following criteria :

  • Diploma in computer technology or equivalent experience
  • You have more than 5 years of experience in IT
  • Resourceful, autonomous and impeccable customer service
  • Mastery of the Windows environment (Windows 10, Active Directory, GPO, Office 365, Teams, Sharepoint)
  • Network knowledge (TCP / IP, DNS, DHCP, VOIP)
  • Bilingual
  • Willing to travel to our offices, support on several sites in Greater Montreal / Montérégie
