A Snapshot of Your Day
We are seeking a hands-on and experienced Production Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations in a unionized manufacturing environment producing high-voltage equipment for the power transmission industry. Reporting to the Production Manager, the Production Supervisor will be responsible for executing production plans, ensuring compliance with Ontario’s regulatory standards, driving safety initiatives, and leading manufacturing excellence on the shop floor.
This role requires active involvement in EHS risk assessments, root cause analysis, and the development and implementation of manufacturing procedures, with a strong emphasis on safety, quality, and on-time delivery in a make-to-order production setting.

In accordance with the Pay Transparency Act, we are committed to providing clear and accessible information about compensation for this role. The expected compensation range for this position is $80,000 – $105,000 / Annually. Actual compensation within this range will be determined based on several job-related factors, including relevant education, depth and breadth of experience, professional certifications or license, specialized skills aligned with the role, and internal equity considerations.
