Position Overview :
We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Associate to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving sales and expanding our customer base while promoting our diverse range of chicken products.
Key Responsibilities :
- Customer Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Product Knowledge : Develop a thorough understanding of our chicken products, including specifications, quality, and pricing, to effectively communicate benefits to customers.
- Sales Strategy : Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Market Research : Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
- Order Processing : Manage the order process from receipt to delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction and timely fulfillment.
- Collaboration : Work closely with the production and logistics teams to ensure product availability and address any customer inquiries or issues.
- Reporting : Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track performance and inform management of market developments.
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in the food industry or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM software is a plus.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations is desirable.
