Our Clienta US based Fintech providing payment experience thats delightfuland fast mission is to remove the friction of sending money acrossborders and to level the economic playing field on a global scale.
To achieve this they are building a global payment network : ascalable and usable infrastructure that integrates existing fiatand crypto payment networks including but not limited to banks cardprocessors crypto exchanges and public blockchains.

JobSummary
Responsible for developingand implementing global sales strategies with a community marketingfocus to drive user acquisition and revenuegrowth.

- Understanding of fintech industrytrends and technologies with a focus on crossborder payments andremittance processing.

MinimumQualifications
- Bachelorsdegree in Marketing Sales or related field.
- Atleast 5 years of experience in a sales / community marketing / growthrole in a fintech or related industry
- Proventrack record of driving user acquisition and revenue growth throughsales strategies.
- Proven experience in salesmanagement. (Mass market experience will beadvantageous)
- Excellent communication andinterpersonalskills.
PrincipalDuties andResponsibilities
- Developand execute sales strategies to increase user acquisition andrevenue growth.
- Analyze market trends andcustomer needs to identify growth opportunities and optimize salesefforts.
- Build and manage a highperformancecommunity marketing team and develop a network of direct andindirect agents
- Establish and track keyperformance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of salescampaigns.
- Collaborate with other departmentssuch as marketing product and customer support to ensure a seamlessuser experience across all touchpoints.
- Manageinfluencer and community partnerships and collaborations to drivegrowth and expand the companysreach.
