Our client, a leader in the banking industry, is looking to add a Bilingual Commercial Sales Analyst to their team in Toronto on a contract basis.
The responsibilities for this position include :
- Reviewing and analyzing financial statements
- Assessing the financial standing of commercial properties, borrowers and guarantors
- Communicating via phone and email with internal and external stakeholders
- Prepare and draft letters and documents concerning Loan Renewals, Loan Assumptions, Broker Fee Payments, etc.
- Ensure that all agreements and documents are fully executed and that all conditions are satisfied
- Liaise with the Mortgage Administration team to ensure timely execution of commercial deals
- File documents, annual financial statements and rent rolls as required
Qualifications :
- 3 - 5 years of relevant experience within commercial or residential banking performing financial analysis or loan underwriting
- Proven experience with financial analysis and credit risk assessment abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration or a related field
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment
This position will start as a contract but has the opportunity to grow in to a long-term opportunity with the company
Monday - Friday 9 : 00am - 5 : 00pm EST in a Hybrid setting, 3 days in office
