Job descriptionSupport interim and year-end audit Banking Prepare documents for bank account opening / closing, credit card application / cancellation / credit limit change, authorization adding / change / removal Prepare incoming and outgoing payments by schedule, ensure accurate accounting of transactions and audit trail Maintain exchange rates monthly Track bank service fees and address quality issues Prepare monthly / quarterly / yearly treasury reports Assist in annual review of bank facility Cash Management Prepare forecasts to project company cash positions in the short run and the near future, and alarm funding issues and cash-related risks if any Manage inter-company loan and reimbursement Settle inter-company receivables and payments Manage petty cash Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance Accounting designation is preferred 3+ years of accounting or treasury related experience Experience in a trading or manufacturing environment is preferred Advanced skills on Microsoft applications SAP experience is preferred Detail oriented, and excellent time management skills Convenient public transit (bus stop right outside the facility) On-site free parking On-site gym Employee health benefits Corporate discount program Employer match for group RRSP / DDSP program
