You will maintain a physical presence throughout the facility ensuring that areas are kept clean fully stocked and free of will maintain the complex in a manner which reduces the complexs liability for Slip & Fall Hazards. You will ensure that all housekeeping equipment is cleaned maintained and is functioning correctly and to report any malfunctions to the Senior Manager Facilities or designate . You will sweep mop scrub remove debris dirt and any refuse empty waste containers wash windows interior/exterior walls clean and disinfect washroom and fixtures. You will clean carpets rugs mats and upholstered furniture. You will scrub mop and wax floors as required or as scheduled by the Director Facilities or Support. You will perform event cleaning setup and take down of all associated furniture and fixtures. Professionalism. You will comply with all company rules regulations policies and procedures at all times.
