RoleOverview :

As the Human Resources Manager at ZenResidential you will play a pivotal role in shaping theorganizations human resources strategy aligning it with our missionvision and values.

This position requires an experienced anddynamic individual with a proven track record of independentlyleading an HR department.

KeyResponsibilities

People StrategyDevelopment :

  • Leadthe development and execution of the overall people strategyaligning it with the companys mission vision andvalues.
  • Establishclear goals and objectives for the HR department ensuring alignmentwith the organizations strategicdirection.

Talent Acquisition andManagement :

  • Oversee talent acquisition effortsfocusing on recruiting diverse skilled and culturally alignedindividuals.
  • Developstrategies to attract top talent and implement effective onboardingprocesses.

EmployeeDevelopment andLearning :

  • Design andimplement comprehensive training and development programs toenhance employee skills and foster continuouslearning.
  • Cultivatea culture of growth and development throughout theorganization.

PerformanceManagement :

  • Implementperformance management systems and processes that provide clearexpectations regular feedback and opportunities forgrowth.
  • Cultivatea culture of accountability andexcellence.

EmployeeEngagement andWellBeing :

  • Developinitiatives to enhance employee engagement job satisfaction andoverallwellbeing.
  • Createand maintain a positive and inclusive work environment that fostersteamwork andcollaboration.
  • Developand implement metrics to measure collaborative performance anddrive effectiveinnovation.

Compensationand Benefits :

Oversee thedesign and implementation of competitive compensation and benefitsprograms to attract and retain toptalent.

EmployeeRelations :

  • Establishstrong employee relations practices and address conflicts orconcerns in a fair and timelymanner.
  • Fosteropen communication and trust among employees.

OrganizationalDevelopment :

  • Collaboratewith the executive leadership team to align HR strategies withoverall businessobjectives.
  • Driveorganizational change and development initiatives asneeded.

Complianceand RiskManagement :

  • Ensurecompliance with labor laws regulations and HR bestpractices.
  • MitigateHRrelated risks and maintain a legally compliant workenvironment.

HRAnalytics andReporting :

  • Utilizedatadriven insights to make informed decisions about peoplerelatedstrategies andinitiatives.
  • Provideregular HR analytics and reports to the executiveteam.

SuccessionPlanning :

Develop andimplement succession planning strategies to identify and groomfuture leaders within theorganization.

CorporateCulture andValues :

  • Champion thecompanys values and ensure they are embedded in all HR practicesandinitiatives.
  • Leadby example to reinforce the desired corporateculture.

ExternalPartnerships :

Establishand maintain relationships with external HR partners industry peersand professional organizations to stay updated on best practicesand industry trends.

Requirements

Qualifications / Education / Experience :

Education :

  • Bachelors degree with a focus on Human Resource Management Business Financeor a relatedarea.
  • HRdesignation would be considered anasset.

Experience :

  • Minimumof 5 years of experience in the Human Resourcesfield.
  • Broadknowledge of Human Resource Management including compensationbenefits recruitment performance management training anddevelopment and HR analytics andreporting.

SkillsandAbilities :

  • Provenexpertise in developing and implementing HR strategies aligned withorganizationalgoals.
  • Strongunderstanding of compensation and benefits design andadministration.
  • Demonstratedexperience in managing endtoend recruitmentprocesses.
  • Proficientin performance management systems andprocesses.
  • Abilityto design and implement comprehensive training and developmentprograms.
  • Experiencein HR analytics and reporting utilizing datadriven insights fordecisionmaking.

Qualifications / Education / Experience : Education : Bachelor sdegree with a focus on Human Resource Management, Business,Finance, or a related area.

HR designation would be considered anasset. Experience : Minimum of 5 years of experience in the HumanResources field. Broad knowledge of Human Resource Management,including compensation, benefits, recruitment, performancemanagement, training and development, and HR analytics andreporting.

Skills and Abilities : Proven expertise in developing andimplementing HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.Strong understanding of compensation and benefits design andadministration.

Demonstrated experience in managing end-to-endrecruitment processes. Proficient in performance management systemsand processes.

Ability to design and implement comprehensivetraining and development programs. Experience in HR analytics andreporting, utilizing data-driven insights for decision-making.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the abilityto foster positive employee relations. Strong organizational andleadership skills, with the ability to drive a culture ofaccountability and excellence.

Knowledge of legal and regulatorycompliance in the HR domain. Strategic mindset that can align HRinitiatives with overall business objectives.

Proactive, tenacious,and confident approach in addressing HR challenges. Ability tocontribute to and reinforce organizational culture.
