Commissioning Specialist

Weare looking for an experienced and qualified Oil and Gas plantCommissioning Specialist to join our team. You will be responsiblefor overseeing and executing the precommissioning commissioning andstartup activities of various oil and gas facilities ensuringcompliance with safety quality and environmentalstandards.
Responsibilities
Plan coordinate and supervise the commissioning activities of oiland gas facilities such as pipelines pumps compressors separatorsheaters tanksetc.
Perform and supervise various commissioning tests and proceduressuch as lube oil flushing chemical cleaning air blows hydrotestingleak testing mechanical running testetc.
Troubleshoot and resolve any commissioning issues or problems thatmay arise during the commissioningprocess
Prepare and maintain commissioning documentation such ascommissioning plans procedures checklists reportsetc.
Liaise and communicate with the project team the client the vendorsand the subcontractors to ensure smooth and timelycommissioning
Train and mentor the operations personnel on the commissioning andoperation of the oil and gasfacilities
Ensure compliance with all applicable codes standards regulationsand best practices related tocommissioning
Qualifications :
A bachelors degree in engineering or a related field or equivalentworkexperience
At least 5 years of experience in oil and gas plant commissioningpreferably in a supervisoryrole
A thorough knowledge of oil and gas plant design operation andmaintenance
A strong understanding of commissioning standards methods andprocedures
A high level of technical analytical and problemsolvingskills
A good command of written and spokenEnglish
A valid drivers license and a willingness to travel to variousprojectsites
A commitment to safety quality and environmentalexcellence
