Our patient platform, Medeo, leverages that market penetration and connects patients to their healthcare providers. Our other supporting products round out a robust offering, connecting healthcare providers to their patients, their data, and each other.

Position Summary
Our Technology department is seeking an experienced Systems Specialist to support internal IT systems, with a focus on Cloud based and identity platforms.
The chosen candidate will support ongoing improvements to performance, availability, reliability, security and scalability.

Primary Responsibilities
- Review, document, and maintain Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions.
- Research and recommend and implement best practices, standards, and tools related to systems and services, including identity systems.
- Educate and promote excellent IAM practices throughout the organization.
- Managing Internal IT systems, including : Manage IDP solutions (Okta, EntraID, RDMS). Hosting (Content Delivery Network, Domain Name Server, etc).
Windows Server (DNS, RDapp, File Services, etc).
- Design, implement, review, and test commercial-off-the-shelf software, systems, and services.
- Assist team members and stakeholders with understanding the technology stack, and provide operational support and troubleshooting.
- Planning and executing the ongoing transition of on-premises services to cloud based services.
- Manage operational and administrative IT tasks in our Datacenter / Cloud environments.
- Maintain and adhere to our Change Management process for all impacting changes.
- Handle escalations from our HelpDesk.

Qualifications, Education, and Experience Requirements
- Relevant IT / Computer Science degree or diploma, or equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years of experience administering Identity and Access Management systems (Azure AD / Entra ID / Local AD).
- Strong knowledge of access management best practices and principles (least privilege, role-based access control (RBAC), etc).
- Awareness of modern authentication frameworks and technologies (SSO, OIDC, SAML, WebAuthn, PIM / PAM, MFA, etc).
- Strong background and knowledge in Cloud services and operations.
- Ability to write scripts to automate tasks, with tools like PowerShell and / or other scripting languages.
Additional Desirable Qualifications
- Experience administering Okta and / or RDMS would be an asset.
- Experience with Azura EntraID would be an asset.
- Working knowledge of networking concepts : including firewalls, basic routing, DNS.
Compensation and Logistics
Base salary, variable bonus established at the corporate level, competitive benefits package.
Full-time, permanent.
No travel required.
Occasional evening and weekend work will be required.
