Warehouse/ Tool Inventory Coordinator
A DAY IN THE LIFE
- Coordinates tools and equipment for related jobs and projects.
- Performs minor preventative maintenance on small construction tools / equipment.
- Tracks the allocation of construction tools / equipment to projects & fleet vehicles.
- Manages and maintains the asset management system.
- Controls shop and yard maintenance.
- Stores items in an orderly and accessible manner in a warehouse, tool room, supply room or other area.
- Processes incoming requisitions and issue or distribute parts and supplies for internal usage.
- Maintains records of orders and quantities, kinds and locations of tools and equipment on hand using manual or computerized inventory system.
- Receives, records and sorts the movements of tools, supplies, equipment and stock.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Knowledge with tools and equipment, asset if electrical, instrumentation or warehouse experience with parts.
- Warehouse organization skills
- Small engine or small equipment maintenance, repair experience.
- Trailer towing experience
- Ability to lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds and demonstrate a high level of physical fitness
- ERP experience considered an asset.
- Proficient in communication
TICKETS REQUIREMENTS
- Forklift experience is an asset.
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license
- Must have own transportation as most locations are not accessible with public transportation.
