Position : Bilingual Customer Care Agent

Salary : $21

4 Months Contract ( Possibility of Permanency)

Availability to work Monday to Friday 9am-6 : 15pm and Saturday - Sunday 9am-5pm

Responsibilities

• Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Providing accurate information about promotions, products, services, and policies
• Assisting customers in placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns or exchanges.
• Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications

• Must be Bilingual ( FRENCH and ENGLISH)
• Must have Call Center Experience
• Experience in Chat
• Experience in E-Commerce
• Be tech savvy ( Computer knowledge and MS Office 365 )
• Be available from Monday-Sunday
• Must have your own Smartphone and working Laptop / PC
