YOUR ROLE
As an Executive Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting operations and providing valuable collaboration in the following areas :
- Assist the executive team and the HR Director with their tasks and activities;
- Coordinate various events and travel arrangements (conferences, meetings, business trips, etc.);
- Manage the calendar with close attention to priorities;
- Review and draft communications (emails and letters), documents, presentations, and meeting minutes;
- Handle incoming communications (calls, emails, and mail) and welcome visitors, directing them to the appropriate contacts;
Coordinate meeting logistics.
