Position : Experienced Shipper Assistant
Location : Markham
Salary : $22 per hour
Job Type : Temporary, long-term
Our well-established client located in the Markham area is currently seeking for experienced Shippers / Receivers to join their growing team.
If you are energetic and hard-working, have a flexible attitude, and work well independently, and in a team environment, we would love to hear from you! This is not a part-time position. Please apply ASAP!
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Unload material from delivery vehicles manually (ability to lift up to 50 lbs)
- Verify goods and quantities
- Separate, tag, process and / or locate products
- Check purchase orders on non-production and special product supplies
- Deliver mail and packages received in warehouse to designated areas parts for shipment using RF unit and / or a PC
- Pick, wrap and replenish goods
- Generate or manually create appropriate shipping documentation as required (packing lists, Bills of Lading, courier waybills, address labels, courier labels, etc.)
Qualifications :
- Good computer knowledge
- Ability to stand / walk throughout your shift
- Previous experience with SAP is an asset
- Forklift experience is an asset
