We are a high end, luxury brand providing a sales consultant approach to a diverse client population. As the Sales Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our sales team and driving revenue growth for our luxury services.

Your key responsibilities will include :

Provide strong leadership to our sales team, motivating and guiding them to achieve both short and long-term sales targets and objectives.

Your leadership will be the driving force behind our team’s success.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies that drive revenue growth, targeting high-net-worth individuals who seek luxury services.

You'll be at the forefront of shaping our market presence and expanding our reach.

  • Recruit, train, and onboard top sales talent, ensuring they possess the skills and knowledge to excel. You will lead a Best-in-Class team that consistently exceeds expectations.
  • Set ambitious sales targets and goals for the team, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback and coaching. Your insights will help refine strategies and drive continuous improvement.
  • Analyze market trends and customer preferences to stay ahead of the competition. You'll be the key link between the sales team and senior management, providing valuable insights and reports on sales performance.
  • Work closely with other departments such as marketing, operations, and guest services to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Identify training needs and conduct skill-building sessions to enhance the team’s capabilities. Your focus on continuous learning will keep the team at the top of their game.
  • Continuously review and improve sales processes and methodologies to maximize efficiency and effectiveness. You’ll be instrumental in creating a streamlined sales experience.
  • Keep a pulse on market trends, competitors, and industry developments, adjusting sales strategies as needed to seize new opportunities and stay competitive.
  • Analyze sales data and metrics to identify areas for improvement, tackle challenges, and optimize overall sales performance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field;
  • 5+ years of experience in sales management in the luxury services or high-end market sector.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients, team members, and cross-functional departments.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement innovative sales strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data, market trends, and customer preferences.
