Your key responsibilities will include :

- Recruit, train, and onboard top sales talent, ensuring they possess the skills and knowledge to excel. You will lead a Best-in-Class team that consistently exceeds expectations.
- Set ambitious sales targets and goals for the team, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback and coaching. Your insights will help refine strategies and drive continuous improvement.
- Analyze market trends and customer preferences to stay ahead of the competition. You'll be the key link between the sales team and senior management, providing valuable insights and reports on sales performance.
- Work closely with other departments such as marketing, operations, and guest services to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Identify training needs and conduct skill-building sessions to enhance the team’s capabilities. Your focus on continuous learning will keep the team at the top of their game.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field;
- 5+ years of experience in sales management in the luxury services or high-end market sector.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
