Resorts of the Canadian Rockies Inc. is looking for Ski (CSIA Level 3 & 4) Instructors at Fernie Alpine Resort. Reporting to the Winter Sports School Supervisors, instructors will have CSIA or equivalent certification, strong customer service skills, a positive attitude, will be excellent communicators and team players.

Some of the responsibilities for the position include, but not limited to :
You Will :
- Ensure a comfortable and friendly atmosphere for both guests and staff
- Assist and upsell guests at every opportunity
- Ensure public and personal safety on lifts
- Offer the highest degree of guest service
- Instruct and coach guests of all ages and abilities to ski within instructors’ certification level, group lessons to privates, adults and children
- Complete lesson ability reports & relevant administration forms as required
- Be knowledgeable of and adhere to the Alpine Responsibility Code
- Participate in the creation of school group itinerary plans and organization
- Perform general on-hill tasks and maintenance as required
- Act as ambassadors and hosts at various functions for the resort on and off the hill
- Know and abide by all
