Job Core Responsibilities :

• Execute standard work with support from otherson complex tasks.
• Operate and inspect valuestream workstation output.
• Operate and inspectall tools and equipment necessary to execute standardwork.
• Test and calibrate simple assembliesaccording to specifications.
• Execute standardwork with an acceptable degree of quality and limited qualitydiscrepancies showing a trend of improvement.
• Execute standard work efficiently on simple tasks withsupport from others on complex tasks.
• Identifyproblems in the execution of standard work and request help fromothers on resolution.
• Specific visionabilities required by this job include close vision color visionand depth perception.
• Ability to lift or carryup to 40 lbs.
• Some duties require walkingstanding bending or climbing for extended periods.
• 6 months of assembly experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Ability to read and write in English.
• Basic computer literacy using MicrosoftWindows.
• Basic math skills and ability to usebasic measurement equipment (ruler scale calipers tapemeasure).
