What You’ll Do
As the Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the go-to person for helping customers find the right safety solutions for their needs. Whether it’s answering inquiries, processing orders, or solving challenges, you’ll play a key role in making sure customers feel heard, valued, and supported every step of the way.

- Responding to customer inquiries via phone and email with a smile and a “can-do” attitude.

- Managing EDI uploads and customer product templates.
