Job Requirements :
- To be the SPC for all projects including resources planning.
- Attend project meetings, create meeting minutes, and share with stakeholders.
- Prepare, track, and update project BOM, track project financials, POs, and Invoicing.
- Coordinate preparation and delivery of project deliverables, as-built reports, etc.
- Assist senior managers to build and implement a project process flow.
- Interface with customers to provide project status reports and ensure customer needs are met.
Qualifications :
- Hold a post-secondary education in Technology, Data Management, Engineering, Commerce, or Business Administration.
- Excellent analytical & organizational skills, and excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Have a valid driver’s license with a car.
- PMP is not required. However, any experience in Telecom / IT fields or in a related area is an asset.
Other Skills :
- Self-starter with high attention to detail.
- Capable of working independently and within a team.
- Strong communication and coordination skills to interact with team members and clients.
- Fluent in English - verbal and written.
Working Hours & Location :
- Monday to Friday (9 : 00 am 5 : 00 pm).
- On-site. No hybrid work for this position.

- Annual bonus based on company & individual’s performance.
