We prefer to make on-site / hybrid hires in Toronto, but are opportunistically open to hiring remote employees elsewhere in Canada and are thus posting jobs based in Vancouver, Calgary, and Montreal.
Requirements
Are you the right person for the job? This is a technically demanding role that will require resilience, creative problem solving, and out-of-the-box thinking.
Must-Have :
- 2+ years of experience with graphics
- 2-5+ years of full-time experience
- Familiarity with system programming closes to the OS level
- System programming experience (low level, close to OS)
- Familiarity with Linux
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think outside the box
- Demonstrated resilience and ability to handle challenging tasks
- Strong investigative skills and attention to detail
Near-Must-Have :
- Proficiency in C / C++ programming
- Experience with systems-level OpenGL development
- Experience in an independent contributor role, preferably at an intermediate to senior level
