TheCustomer Experience Advisor will be an important piece to thepuzzle at Polestar and take ownership of the customer journey andresolution of customer inquiries.
This person will be responsiblefor providing our customers with support through various channelsincluding phone email andchat.
What youlldo
- Brand advocate andconsumercentric individual who will strive to provide bestinclassexperiences for our consumers.
- Workcrossfunctionally with peers and upper management to solve complexescalations and enhance the customerjourney
- Manage inbound communications forproduct service leads and supportrequests
- Receive and respond to customercommunications cases or chats through toresolution
- Work with Polestar Spaces &Service Points to ensure seamless communication for all involvedparties
- Follow up with current customer productservice and support inquiries
- Build andmaintain professional relationships with our customers throughouttheir experience
- Resolve and handle incomingcustomer advocacy cases through to resolution escalating to theappropriate team member where necessary
- Delivera white glove customer experience through all available methods ofcommunication
- Stay up to date on Polestar newsproduct andsoftware
Whoyou are
- Associatedegree or higher
- Previous experience in callcenter environment automotive luxury retail or sales is highlydesirable
- Bilingual fluency in English andFrenchCanadian required.
- You have a passion forcustomer experience and being the ambassador of abrand
- Tech savvy with knowledge of call centerand telephony systems. Salesforce experience aplus.
- You have excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills
- You are an agile learnerand comfortable with technology learning new tools and able to workwith a variety of content areas / teams.
- Provenproject management skills stakeholder management time managementand prioritization when managing multipleprojects.
- You haveattention to the details and thrive in an everevolving workatmosphere
