Business Analyst, Order Management (Temporary, 18 months)

JOB DESCRIPTION

We're looking for a business analyst to manage orders through to delivery. In this role, you’ll have a direct impact on the dealership experience and company revenue.

YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO :

  • Prioritize orders from our dealerships based on extensive sales, credit management, logistical and operational constraints data, while actively striving to hit our financial goals.
  • Distribute inventory to ensure orders are delivered to the right place, at the right time, and to the right dealership, in order to drive sales and influence market share.
  • Communicate order delivery status as accurately and transparently as possible.
  • Produce analytics concerning our sales targets, inventory levels, and our delivery period efficiency and accuracy.
  • Streamline order prioritization with our new aATP module in SAP S4 and analyze the accuracy of proposed delivery dates.
  • Work with multiple departments to achieve our goals.

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES :

  • Strong analytical and data management skills, as well as intellectual curiosity.
  • A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in business administration or mathematics.
  • Proficiency in SQL.
  • The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • The ability to communicate with dealerships outside Quebec on a daily basis.
