Dilawri BC Region is currently looking to fill the position of CIC Sales Team Lead.
Essential Duties :
Represent the company with a high level of professionalism and courtesy. Follow company standards of personal presentation;
and adhere to all policies including compliance, and integrity standards. Comply with local, provincial and federal laws including those governing the rules of the road, and health and safety and employment standards.
- Maintain knowledge and awareness of industry trends as well as any Dilawri internal information as it relates to your role, department / location or the company.
- Ensure that all CIC sales team members understand and follow the policies and procedures of their department.
- Book sales appointments that maximize the sales department's available hours to sell. You will make outbound calls to existing customers for sales appointments, after sale follow-up, and other special programs.
- Maintain daily / weekly / monthly goals, and maintaining current knowledge of all sales marketing initiatives and product offerings.
- Ensure mobility needs for all sales customers are fulfilled within established guidelines and available resources.
- Capture and update customer contact information as per established guidelines and respond to all email and voicemail messages within established guidelines.
All successful applicants must possess the following qualities :
- Post-secondary diploma / degree with a concentration in Business or equivalent experience.
- Previous Manager / Supervisor experience is required.
- Previous outbound call center experience.
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to exceed customer expectations.
- Strong negotiation and sales abilities with a drive to produce results.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Ability to effectively respond to and meet the needs of a diverse client base.
- Pleasant telephone demeanor.
- Computer Skills - MS Word (intermediate), MS Excel (intermediate), Outlook (intermediate), One-Eighty (proficiency).
- Ability to conduct business in English / French or English / Cantonese / Mandarin is considered an asset.
