Our client location in Pointe-Claire, specializing in third-party logistics warehousing / distribution for over 20 years, is looking for a Sales Coordinator
The goal of the Sales Coordinator is to work beside the Sales Director in day-to-day operations and to be the main source of support.

Responsibilities
- Engages with customers to identify, evaluate and develop business opportunities, being the main source of contract for all relationships brought in from the Sales Director
- Provide exemplary customer service and account relationship
- Report to the Sales Director the customer relationships, pipeline, forecasts, and new monthly orders coming in
- Maintain and develop relationships with leads, prospects and existing customers
- Take ownership of the identification of potential issues within live accounts and coordinate with the Sales Director to take timely and effective action to resolve them.
- Drive adoption of the services within assigned dormant accounts through a continuous increase in value
- Act as the go-to-person for account support
- Working alongside the Director of Sales to support for all travel, meetings, agenda, emails, phones
Qualifications
The person we are looking for stands out for his or her concern for a job well done. Looking for the following :
- Experience in warehousing and Knowledge of 3PL / trucking is considered an asset
- Ability to maintain close relationships, strong customer service
- Experience working in Administrative or Coordination
- Passion for warehousing / transport industry, strong work ethic and a drive to succeed
- Hard Working. Entrepreneurial. Accountable and Pro-Active;
- Spoken and written French and English.
