About the Position
We are looking for a Document Specialist to join the Business Centre in our Montréal office. Reporting to the Supervisor, Business Centre, the successful applicant will support our professionals in all technical aspects of document production and act as a point of reference for all questions related to the Microsoft Office suite and other office applications.
The successful candidate will be a Microsoft Office reference, enjoy working with a variety of applications and document types, and share his / her office automation expertise, playing an essential role in the ongoing training of the firm's members.
In addition, he or she is meticulous and recognized for his or her thoroughness, excellent time management, technical skills and interpersonal qualities.
Business Centre hours are between 9 a.m. to 11 p.m. Various shifts are available. We're flexible and attentive to your needs.
