Job Description
Skyworks is seeking an RF Test and Data Engineering Co-op for its Automation Solutions team in Ottawa, Ontario. As a co-op student on our team you'll take part in a dynamic business unit-wide operation with an opportunity to enhance the Skyworks Product Realization Process.
You'll have a chance to gain exposure to our current data management system and contribute your ideas to our future projects, such as the web-based SkySpec solution.
You'll also learn about RF measurements and industry standards for high-demand WiFi products. This position is a 12-month position starting in January 2024 through Dec 2024.
Responsibilities :
- Support data processing and engineering activities such as Compliance Matrix generations, Data Sheet Limits Calculation, Product Scorecard population
- Help develop and operate dashboard models to understand data - in EXCEL, Power BI
- Conduct statistical analyses of data
- Support data management day-to-day activities
- Researching and writing reports and procedures
Qualifications :
- Currently enrolled in data science, artificial intelligence, electrical engineering, computer science or mathematics pursuing a BS or MS degree.
- Familiarity with RF and Statistical concepts
- Familiarity with MySQL databases, LabVIEW, Visual Studio, .NET, Power BI
- Ability to working as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Curious, creative and a collaborative problem solver
- Possess a team-oriented attitude, accountability and ownership
