Law firm is seeking a Legal Office Administrator . Qualified applicants will possess exceptional attention to detail, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field
  • Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation preferred
  • Previous experience in payroll processing and management, preferably in a legal or regulated industry
  • In-depth knowledge of payroll laws, regulations, and best practices
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail
  • 3+ years of experience in a professional office setting
  • Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Excel
  • Proficiency in Leap
  • Exceptional communication skills (in person / on the )
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity
  • Strong organization and time-management skills, prioritization
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Treasury experience

Job Requirements :

  • Greet clients and client correspondence
  • Prepare and prep conference room for client meetings
  • Administer documents
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail
  • Responsible for scheduling / calendaring
  • Data entry
  • Manage social media and coordinate with IT to run the firm's website and any computer issues within the office
  • Polished / business attire
