What We're Looking For :
As an Executive Assistant, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our organization and initiatives.
Your responsibilities will include :
Administrative Assistance :
- Managing calendar and scheduling meetings for CEO
- Coordinating internal meetings and team events
- Organizing and maintaining internal documentation and platforms
- Draft slides, meeting notes and documents for CEO
Event Coordination :
- Managing communication for various events and initiatives
- Facilitating monthly speaker engagements and coordinating event logistics
- Managing Zoom meetings and ensuring seamless virtual experiences
- Assisting with event promotion and outreach efforts
Marketing Support :
- Creating and managing social media content across platforms
- Assisting with newsletter creation and distribution
- Managing website updates and content
- Conducting minor video editing tasks as needed
Other Qualities :
- Lived experience with racism
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Creative design abilities for social media content
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Flexibility and adaptability to navigate new information and unexpected circumstances
- Excellent time management
- Growth mindset and genuine affinity for learning.
