Technical Specialist (Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O)

Metro’s IT department is dedicated to providing innovative solutions and services to our internal clients. We are currently seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Specialist to join our IT team and help us enhance our business processes through advanced D365 FO solutions.

The focus of this position will involve creating custom applications and enhancing business solutions within D365. The candidate understands the end-to-end business requirement and works to architect, design, configure, and test a solution using an iterative (Agile / Scrum) approach.

The tools used include Microsoft Dynamics 365, Visual Studio, SharePoint, and Microsoft Power Platform. The technologies used include C#, HTML / CSS, Azure, ASP.

NET, Power BI, .NET, Dynamics Plugs-In, and other APIs.

Responsibilities :

• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business processes and design requirements and transfer them into technical solution documents.
• Develop customizations, integrations, and extensions for the D365 FO platform.
• Conduct code reviews, unit tests, and provide technical support for D365 FO solutions.
• Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and other team members to ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Stay updated with the latest D365 FO features and technologies to recommend improvements and upgrades.
• Document technical designs, processes, and deployment instructions.

Key Skills :

• Proficiency in AX development and integration.
• Familiarity with the ERP system Dynamics AX, ideally with D365 Finance & Operations .
• Strong knowledge of X++, C#, .NET, SQL Server, and Visual Studio.
• Knowledge of the Dynamics AX system architecture.
• Significant experience in project management or direct user support.
• Expertise in designing features to address business requirements.
