What you'll do :
- Either work alongside a Senior Product Manager on a large product team, or run a smaller product team independently, with coaching from a Senior Product Manager.
- Help develop the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for your product by working with senior collaborators to understand business needs, and conducting user research and testing to understand customer needs.
- Work with a team of engineers, designers and testers to deliver improvements and new features that deliver value to our customers and our business.
- Work with coaches and mentors throughout the digital team to develop your product skills and transition into a Product Manager role.
What you'll bring :
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills can influence without authority.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
- Curiosity and an eagerness to learn and develop.
- Exceptional academic background and some work experience (internships, side projects, etc.) in tech or a history of high-performance in an emerging field outside of product.
- Demonstrated knowledge of tech trends and digital landscape.
What you’ll get :
- The salary band for this position ranges from $61,000 to $113,200. Please note that individual salary is determined by factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience, as well as internal equity.
