The Opportunity :

WSP is looking for a Project Administrative Assistant to join our team in Power. Reporting to the National Project Delivery Shared services Manager for Power, this person will assist our Project Teams with the various administrative tasks within a project and ensure the final quality review of project deliverables.

What you can expect to do here :

  • You will perform project administration work requested by our various Project Teams in Power;
  • Control the linguistic and stylistic quality of the documents (reports, specifications, letters, meeting minutes);
  • Update resumes and project sheets;
  • Generate Purchase orders and coordinate with the procurement teams;
  • Ensure the page layout is according to WSP brand standards;
  • Perform any other related tasks relevant to the Project Administrative Assistant.

What you'll bring to WSP :

  • Degree in administration or a professional diploma in secretarial work or equivalent;
  • 5+ years' relevant experience as an administrative assistant;
  • Advanced oral and written communication skills;
  • Excellent proficiency in the main office applications (Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, PowerPoint, SharePoint);
  • Strong organizational skills, initiative and attention to detail;
  • Ability to work as part of a team, sometimes to tight deadlines;
  • Fluently bilingual in French and English is an asset.
