We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant / Project Assistant with strong technical abilities to join our team.

The ideal candidate will provide administrative, and project support to our team and be responsible for managing multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

What you will do

  • Provide administrative support to the Managing Partner, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling travel arrangements.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of projects by maintaining project schedules, coordinating with team members, tracking deliverables and following up on outstanding items.
  • Conduct research, analyze data and prepare reports as needed.
  • Assist with presentations and other materials using various software applications, and perform other duties as assigned by the Managing Partner.
  • Assist with ad hoc projects and other duties as assigned by the Managing Partner

What you bring to the role

  • 2+ years of administrative experience with strong technical abilities-
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication, organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative and follow through on projects
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy and consistency
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, as well as interpersonal skills.

  • Available to work at the office a minimum of three days a week
