Mercedes-Benz Richmond is currently looking to fillthe position of WarrantyAdministrator.
Essential Duties :
- Assesscodes, prioritize and dispatch work for shop to essential duties, invoice and submit all warranty claims, and maintain warranty controland rectify warranty schedules for the accounting department
- Ensurewarranty return parts are properly tagged, shelved, and secured
- Sortand ship warranty parts returns when necessary, and report paymentdiscrepancies to the Service Manager
- Informstaff of warranty procedure changes and maintain files
- Otherduties as assigned by manager
All successful applicants must possess the following qualities :
- Post-secondarydiploma / degree in any discipline or equivalent experience
- Aminimum of 2 years’ warranty experience
- Basicknowledge of or the ability to understand the mechanics of a vehicle
- Excellentinterpersonal, presentation and relationship building skills
- Strongorganizational and prioritization skills with the ability to multitask
- Strongattention to detail
- Excellentwritten and oral communication skills
- Desireto exceed customer expectations
