If you have experience in Property Management, Office Management or a similar field then we are looking for you!We are looking to fill this role ASAP so don't hesitate and apply today!Job Description : - Oversee daily operations of assigned properties- Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs and address issues promptly.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries and resolving complaints in a timely manner- Foster positive relationships with tenants to promote retention and satisfaction- Manage the leasing process, including advertising vacancies, showing properties, and processing applications- Collect rent and enforce lease agreements, handling delinquent accounts as necessary.
- Coordinate maintenance and repair services with vendors and contractors, ensuring work is completed to company standards- Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions, lease agreements, and maintenance requests- Prepare regular reports on property performance, occupancy rates, and financial status for upper management.
Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in business administration, real estate, or a related field.- Experience in property management or a similar role an asset.
- Strong knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office Suite.- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.- Knowledge of local property laws and regulations an asset.
