The Property Manager will report directly to the Director, Property Management and will be responsible for maximizing the value of a commercial real estate portfolio, responding to the tenants’ and owners’ needs in accordance with the Lease Agreements and Property Management Agreements, while effectively and efficiently managing the day-to-day operations of the portfolio of properties in a team environment.

What you’ll be doing :

• Represent the owners’ interests in all matters related to the management of the properties;
• Prepare and submit monthly reports and annual operating budgets for each property, with the assistance of the various departments and team members;
• Review, monitor and control all operating costs associated with the management of the property;
• Liaise with owners regarding property related issues;
• Provide assistance in preparing and tendering all operational contracts;
• Liaise with building operators in managing the efficient and effective day-to-day operations of the property;
• Liaise with tenants on all operational matters related to their tenancy;
• Collaborate with property owners, tenants, and other stakeholders to communicate and promote ESG initiatives.
• Execute a sustainability strategy for managed properties, focusing on energy efficiency, water conservation, waste reduction, and other environmentally responsible initiatives.
• Be self-motivated with the ability to allocate one’s time effectively, multi-task and prioritize competing demands within required deadlines;
• Other duties as required.
