Machine Operator
Job Overview :
The candidate will be setting up and operating a cold thread machine to create parts for North American automobile companies.
The candidate will feed raw materials into the machine, set up the machine, operating the machine and visually inspecting finished parts.
Job Responsibilities :
- Setting up machines
- Operating machines
- Basic trouble shooting on the machines
- Replenishing raw materials
Job Qualifications :
- Previous experience operating manual machinery
- Previous experience operating machinery that creates fasteners is a big plus
- Previous experience using machinery to create small components
- A general mechanical aptitude
- Ability to work with a team
Job Environment :
- Working in an industrial setting
- Monday - Friday day shift
- Working in a team of ten members
- This position is located in Gananoque
